Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Zejt pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Tags attached and in original packaging 

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine)

To begin a return, email us at info@zejtthelabel.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if relevant. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge restocking fees.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at info@zejtthelabel.com with photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for major faults.


Exchanges (e.g. Wrong Size)

Need a different size?
Please email us first. If approved, return the original item and we’ll issue a refund so you can re-purchase the correct size right away. This ensures the new size doesn’t sell out while your return is processed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal items such as beauty products

  • Hazardous or flammable goods

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, reach out to us before returning.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
