Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery within Australia typically takes:

International delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.
These are estimated timeframes provided by our shipping partners. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels are in transit.
Shipping Delays & Responsibility
Once your order has been handed to the courier, shipping and handling delays are outside of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or adverse weather conditions.
We’ll always do our best to assist, but we are unable to offer refunds for parcels delayed in transit.
